Son of a barista

Yep, my barista, that I've by the way heard is one of the greatest in Stockholm, is also the father to our favourite ODahl. Since we first wrote about ODahl I've still been regularly getting my cappuccino at Mazzarini in Old Town without knowing this curious fact. At a dj-gig with ODahl a while ago I saw them together at the dj-set and had to ask ODahl afterwards how he knew my barista. And the fact that he was his father came to me. Maybe I can make use of this in some kind of way...

ODahl has lately been active doing some new great remixes. The latest remix is of the fine Polish electro synth band kamp! that just released their new single "Breaking a Ghost's Heart" on the label Brennnessel, which also holds another great Polish that we have written about before; Michell Phunk.

The second one is from the Americans named Long Distance Analog. They released their EP "Plecked Medium" a week ago and ODahl made a remix of the title track. Both ODahl and Long Distance Analog are signed by Mullet Records among with other great acts such as Tesla Boy and Baxter.

ODahl has also just released a new song on Mullet called "Never 2 Much". So when there are so much new good music released by Mullet Records head over to Beatport and buy it.
