The Zombie aka Kavinsky

This guy isn’t new to me and has been around for quite a while now. But he’s great and for those who haven’t discovered Kavinsky yet, I will introduce you to him. This is for example what the press release said about him:
“The first thing to know about Kavinsky: He’s a zombie. Legend says he was killed in a car wreck in 1986, speeding through the back roads of France at over 120 mph in a Ferrari Testarossa before veering off the road and being hurtled through the windshield. Though pronounced dead at a nearby hospital, he quietly got up off his stretcher and left, never to be seen or heard from again…until 2006.”
Kavinsky has created a concept of himself containing the zombie, the car, the eighties in a cartoon animated way. For example, check out this video and you know what I’m talking about:

But Kavinsky in real life is a Frenchman named Vincent Belorgey. He is very good friend with Mr Oizo and the Ed Banger guys (French electronic music record label). He started exploring music in 2003, has been around since 2005 at MySpace, released two EP:s in 2006 and 2007. The SebastiAn remix of his tune “Testarossa Autodrive” is featured in the pretty famous video game “Grand Theft Auto IV”.
Now I give you some great tunes from this excellent French zombie, where “1986” is my favourite! Back to the eighties!
