Preview new track from Miami Horror

Melbourne based Miami Horror are about to release their debut album "Illumination" August 20. After a couple of years with great tracks and remixes it's finally time for the debut with a full-length album. One of the more eagerly awaited releases of 2010.

You can pre-order the album here and receive the bonus CD with a lot of great remixes from Fred Falke, Treasure Fingers, Yacht, Punks Jump Up, Baby Monster and G.L.O.V.E.S.

Right now you can also pre-listen to their new single "I Look to You" featuring Kimbra at their MySpace, Facebook or site. It's set to be released July 30 and it got the flavour of sweet 70s disco. Miami Horror move smoothly between the 70s, 80s and today with the inspiration, from 70s outer space movies to today's indie pop music.

Here are three other tracks that are going to be featured on the album. "Moon Theory" and "Sometimes" have been floating around for a while and "Sometimes" was even on my colleague Arnie's "Best of 2009" list. "Illumination" is the title track and it's a fantastic epic 70s disco movie track.
